Why not stay in the Penthouse? Our unit is fabulous!  We updated almost everything in December 2008.  We have wireless internet too!

We are the corner Penthouse unit - our ceilings are over 12 feet
high and since we are an end unit, we have beautiful bay windows in
our dining area...and they overlook the Bay and the world-famous
Ritz Carlton! Priceless.

Another reason to rent our unit is that we make it EASY! We use the
unit ourselves, so we know it is in great condition. We are
continuously updating the unit - we just installed new tile in
2004 and new carpeting and paint in December of 2006! It is clean
and upbeat!

We will provide you with any information about the area that will
make your trip more enjoyable.
We are also reachable 24/7.

Regatta is located just steps to the white beaches of Naples and
across the street from the renowned Ritz-Carlton. Completed in
2000, this condominium community (5 buildings) offers top-notch, up-
scale Naples living!

The penthouse is in Building 3 - it is a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit
located directly on the Bay. It offers magnificent views of the
Gulf of Mexico, the Bay and the tropical waterfall pool! There is a
view of the Gulf of Mexico from each window!

Building 3 offers the best access to the tropical waterfall pool.
It is the only building that you won't have to either walk through a
parking garage or on black-top to get between the unit and the pool!

The unit is professionally decorated - very upbeat and elegant.
With 12 foot ceilings and many windows, the condo is very bright
and cheerful. A few of our guest have even gotten our decorator's
name and used her for their houses! You will be pleased with the
quality of the unit.

The two guest bedrooms and bath are located at the entrance of the
unit. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The
master bedroom/bath is overlooking the bay. This layout
is very conducive to families and couples traveling together -
offering a bit of privacy.

The unit is very tastefully decorated, yet very family friendly. It
is very well appointed with many towels, sheets, beach chairs, pack
and play, high chair, etc.  We have a good size plasma TV in the main room.  There are also flat-screen TVs in the master bedroom and the twin bedroom.  There are DVD players in the main room and the twin bedroom.  We also have wireless internet!

You will love staying at the REGATTA!

Tropical Waterfall Pool - This pool is amazing!
It has a zero-depth entrance (like a beach), a large section
that is one foot deep, and a waterfall in the deep-end!

Sitting Pool & Hot Tub
The sitting pool also has a waterfall in a rock-like setting.

Lap Pool
This lap pool also has a large deck with many chairs!

Fitness Room
This has machines and weights - very modern.

Gazebo Grill Area
The grill area is located just off the pool. There are two
very nice and large gas grills available to renters and
owners. The gazebo, complete with a fridge and barstools,
is a great place to relax.

Parking
Two parking spaces under the building, next to the elevators,
are reserved for our renters.

There is so much to do in the Naples area.

Regatta is located walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining,
movies, tennis, boating, fishing, water sports, Naples Trolly and
more...
