This relaxing, updated *non-smoking* home offers the best of many worlds; privacy, proximity to the beach and easy access to any big-city amenity!
The beach is less than a block away; all the restaurants, parks, shopping and entertainment Indian Rocks Beach offers can be had with a short walk or bike ride; and more serious shopping or entertainment is just a short drive away!
Orlando theme-parks are 2-hours or less away, Tampa International Airport is less than an hour away, and the world-class cities of Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater might as well be in your back yard.

6 people can rest easy in any of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a spacious King-size bed, the 2nd bedroom a comfy Queen-size bed and the 3rd room has two twin beds. There's also plenty of space for relaxing in the nice-sized living room with large-screen TV, or in the large window-lined family room/sun room with wall-mounted TV (with DVD player), and in the cozy den/reading room. The master bedroom also has a wall-mounted TV. There is an additional small portable TV to be used in either of the other bedrooms.
Cooks will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen or may choose to fire up the propane-fueled grill on the back patio. Coffee drinkers will love the little nook with a pub table for two to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, while overlooking the pool, hot tub and nature preserve.
When it's time to swim, you'll be glad the pool features a salt chlorination system which is gentler on eyes and skin than traditional chlorine. The heated spa/hot tub is also quite inviting on chillier days and nights!

A nature preserve borders this home's backyard, increasing your privacy, often giving you a front row seat to some of Floridas beautiful feathered wildlife!
Washer/Dryer, bedding, bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels provided. A "Pack-N-Play" and 2 highchairs are also stored in the home for families traveling with children. Lots of other "extras" - books, DVDs, kids toys, and more!
Note: We've just added several updates to the home including... a king pillowtop bed in the master, new hot water heater, and new A/C unit.
activities and attractions in Indian Rocks Beach Gulf Coast Central
Indian Rocks Beach is a perfect place to take long, leisurely strolls, but if you're more athletic, nothing beats running on the beach. A children's park is a block away while a park with tennis courts, a playground, and a skateboard park is a short 5-block walk north.
For the more adventurous, jet-ski rentals, boat rentals, para-sailing, fishing charters, dinner cruises and more can be found a few miles north in Clearwater Beach, or a few miles south at the world-famous John's Pass. Bicycles can be rented 5-blocks away in IRB.
A wide variety of dining can be found in IRB, from quick in-&-out sandwich shops, to casual offerings from places like "Pajanos Pizzeria", the British Pub-styled "Red Lion Pub", "Keegan's" or "Crabby Bills" to the more upscale "TJ's", "Guppy's", and "Villa Gallache" to name just a few.

$500 due to secure reservation. This converts to security deposit, and is refundable once clean check-out confirmed. 50% of rate/taxes/cleaning fee/pet fee due 60 days prior; remaining 50% due 30 days prior. Payments accepted via Paypal. All security deposit refunds handled via Paypal, within 48 hours of your checkout.
