The dining table seats six and the adjoining living area has attractive furnishings (queen sofa bed), and TV with DVD & VHS. This level leads out to a waterfront deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine outside or relax over cocktails while watching the gorgeous sunset.

The lower level has its own entrance and indoor access. There is a full bath, two twin beds with comfortable beach furnishings and a TV. You can walk out to a large deck where you can sunbathe or take a walk on the dock.

The upper level has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed,  two closets, and a full bath with a garden tub. There is an adjoining balcony on which to relax and enjoy the views. The other bedroom contains a queen size bed and full bathroom.

The unit has plenty of storage and there is a washer and dryer.  The public beaches, Bethany Beach boardwalk, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. Magnolias Restaurant and the G&E grocery store is less than a half mile walk.

  Daily rates negotiable depending on availability

Security/damage deposit $250.00-refunded if no damage, excessive cleaning required, etc. after your departure and after inspection.

Special events being held here require additional security deposit.

Under age 25 may contract only with special arrangements and increased security deposit.
