4BR/3BA "Villa Cayman" is directly oceanfront in "Cottage" District on the south coast in the middle of the island. This flexible Caribbean style villa has 3BR in the main oceanfront house and a detached 1BR Queen Suite cottage in front on the same gated and fenced estate. Villa Cayman offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the house.The beach is very sandy, but pool shoes/fins are required for swimming or snorkeling. Rental Kayaks are recommended for snorkeling out on the protective reef (about 400 yds out).
Villa Cayman (in the 3BR version) is often rented by couples celebrating an anniversary or honeymoon.
Oceanfront windows and glass doors to the verandahs and screened porch flood the villa with Caribbean sunshine year round. Master King Suite with TV on the west side; (1) Oceanfront Queen bedroom, (1) Twin Bedroom (with 2 twin beds) and a loft with queen futon share the bathroom on the west side of the main house. The east side of the house shares a common vaulted ceiling, so the twin and queen bedrooms are not private enough for 2 married couples. The 1BR queen cottage out front has a private bathroom, kitchenette, screened porch and living area.
Very sandy backyard with hammock. Charcoal BBQ. Free-formed pool with zero-entry (no steps) is designed to fit naturally into the landscaping in the front of the Villa, out of any breeze in winter.
Accommodates up to 10 people (6 adults max.); Excellent large family beach house, which can also be priced as just a 3BR as well for a family of 6 of fewer; All rates INCLUDE 10% Government Occupancy tax.
Central A/C, WiFi Internet access included. Plasma TV and stereo in living area. Wide screened porch with palm trees on the beach. Chef's kitchen includes built-in fridge, gas stove and high end appliances. Gated and fenced property with plenty of off-street parking.
