This villa offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the house, along with a very sandy beach that offers long walks in either direction. The Rum Point Club is only a 250 yd walk from Heritage House. Pool shoes/fins required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment.

Particularly unique at Heritage House is a full-width second floor oceanfront covered veranda--with sectional sofa and chairs for cocktail hour, or just to curl up while reading a good book. The large freshwater pool is located on the land-side at Heritage House, out of any prevailing breeze in winter. That said, the owner will be offering optional pool heat in winter 2012. The pool deck is equipped with lounge chairs. A charcoal BBQ near pool offers the chance for evening cookouts. The interior offers a fully outfitted kitchen, central A/C,and  WiFi Internet access included. Plasma TV and stereo in Living area. Off-street parking.
