Vacation Rental Description

Timbercreek 18B is the perfect beach get-away - luxurious - 
comfortable and fabulous views.  It is a an absolutely beautiful 
three bedroom, two bath condominium with stainless appliances - 
Granite countertops - wood floors and all new furnishings!.  It has 
been fully renovated and redecorated from the kitchen to 
bathrooms, floors and furnishings. 

Each room is decorator perfect - with a delightful upscale cottage-
style comfort. 

It has a king, queen and two twins – and a great screened in deck 
for savoring marsh views as well as an open air deck off the master. 
(Expect to see heron osprey and dolphins  from the porch!) 

There are Carolina rockers and a bistro table and Pawley's Island 
hammock in the screened in porch and a very nice deck set with 
umbrella on the open air deck. 

It features a 42 inch flat screen T.V, internet access, wine 
refrigerator, wonderful linens and luxurious pillowtop mattresses.


TC 18B boasts one of the best locations on BHI - five minute bike or 
golf cart ride to the beach - grocery - restaurants.

Our Guests may select membership in sparkling new oceanfront Shoals 
Club and/or the Bald Head Island Club. The Bald Head Club provides 
you with traditional country club amenities in grand southern style, 
with a handsome, shingle-style club house, excellent dining 
facilities, fitness facility, pool, golf, tennis, swimming, and 
croquet. The Shoals Club is located directly on the beach, with 
gourmet dining, heated pool, and beach chair service. 
Both Clubs offer wonderful children's activities. 

BHI is is beautiful and quiet, yet has every amenity you can think 
of.. a modern grocery, a variety of dining options, golf, tennis 
croquet, fitness centers, heated pools, ice cream/pizza shop, 
several clothes/gifts stores, etc. Fishing, kayaking, and 
sightseeing charters and many children's activities are available. 

We have provided every amenity that we can think of to make your

Summer (15 Jun-16 Aug) $2250 - Weekly Only 

Late Summer (19 Aug-1 Sep)  - $1840 - Weekly Only 

Rates INCLUDE all Linens, use of two golf carts, bikes, all listed 
amenities, arrival/departure cleaning, and your 
choice of temporary membership to either the Shoals Club OR Bald 
Head Island Club. 

Rates DO NOT INCLUDE taxes, ferry tickets. Taxes are 13% ( 7% NC and 
6% BHI) and are automatically added to the total. (Ferry Tickets 
$15.00 round trip per adult - includes luggage handling and 
transport to/from ferry terminal to accommodation.)

If you wish to obtain temporary membership to BOTH The Bald Head 
Island Club and the Shoals Club the additional cost is - $120 week/
$80.00 weekend.)
