This is a fully equiped condo with pools spas and clubhouse. A
telephone is provided for local calls, fireplace, barbecue grill.
two cable TVs, DVD, stereo, washer & dryer. All linens provided,
fully equiped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Dining area seats six. Our on site manager will see that our driveway is quickly cleared of snow for your driving convenience.

Ski season (1.3 through 4.15) $155.00/nt.
Holidays (12.20 through 1.3) $175.00/nt. for five night stay
Regular rental season (4.16 through 12.19) $145/nt. or $899/wk
All rentals require a $75 Cleaning fee plus a $100 refundable
security deposit. City room tax is 10%.
