of the San Francisco Giants Spring Training facility. 
 
Great fully furnished condominium located in the heart of  
Scottsdale with its world-class restaurants and resorts. Just bring  
your clothes. 
 
This recently updated two bedroom, one bath condominium sleeps five  
to six adults. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and  
the guest bedroom has a nice double size bed. A double size futon is  
also available that will sleep two adults if needed. 
The unit overlooks the swimming pool (Heated during the month of  
March), with orange trees in the courtyard. 
 
You can also walk to Old Town Scottsdale's great shopping,  
incredible art galleries and boutiques. Minutes to  
public and world class golf courses, driving ranges and parks,  
shopping at Fashion Square (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, etc), Fifth  
Avenue Shops, and the Borgota. 
 
For the hiking enthusiast, Camelback Mountain and many other  
mountain hiking/biking trails are nearby. 
 
Fifteen minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. A two-hour drive  
to Sedona, Tucson, or four hours to the Grand Canyon or Las  
Vegas. 
 
Unit is on the second floor. Only about 15 steps to climb in order  
to gain access to the second floor. I will be more than happy to  
help with luggage if necessary during move in, and out.

Mid Season:  $700/Week to $1800/Month

Weekly rates are from Saturday through Saturday (Preferred). 
Nightly rate: $150 (3 Nights Minimum, and may not be available in  
High Season) 
$500 security deposit required. Deposit will be returned (less a  
$125 cleaning fee) if condo is left in the same condition.
