Vacation Rental Description

Pelican Preserve is a 55+ community. 
Our spacious 2BR/2BA 2nd floor condominium overlooks a private lake as  
well as the 14th and 18th fairways.  Located in prestigious WCI "Pelican  
Preserve" golf course community east of I-75 at exit#136 in Ft. Myers.  This  
beautiful community is located only 15-20 minutes from some of the  
most beautiful beaches in Florida, including Sanibel Island, Ft.  
Myers beach and Captiva Island. 
Master BR has king size bed, guest room has queen bed. Condo is fully  
furnished and initial supply of paper products, cleaning supplies and bed and bath  
linens are provided.  Enclosed storage area available for those who want to  
bring their bicycles.   
THIS UNIT IS ALSO AVAILABLE AS AN ANNUAL RENTAL    
Pelican Preserve is located 15 minutes from Ft. Myers airport. The  
area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, shopping malls, flea  
markets and historic landmarks, including the Edison mansion and  
museum.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Resort style outdoor heated pool area, indoor pool, weight room, tennis courts, outdoor  
amphitheater, walking trails, craft and sewing rooms, indoor pool and track, sauna and fitness  
center and onsite restaurant. 
Brand new clubhouse is underway and course is an 18 hole semi-private golf course.  Rates vary by  
month, day of the week and time of the day.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, lawn bowling, fishing pier and  
nature walk on paved trails. 15-20 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach,  
Sanibel and Captiva Islands.  15 minutes to areas best restaurants,  
shopping malls, galleria and Ft. Myers airport.  Brand new Town  
Center with over 40 stores and restaurants located just 15 minutes south on I-75 
at the San Carlos exit is now open.

Annual, Monthly or Seasonal Rentals Available(multi-month discounts may apply) 
 
July thru October '08     $1800/month 
November'08 thru April'09 $2000/month 
May '09 thru October  '09 $1800/month 
November and December '09 $2000/month  
Annual rentals available and negotiable  
Multi-month discounts may be available 
$500 refundable security deposit required 
Cancellation policy in effect upon receipt of unit reservation deposit 
Athletic and Activities Center usage available for nominal owner  
transfer fee.
