center, tennis courts, card room, and a billiards room. 
 
There is one assigned parking space in the garage and valet parking  
for your additional vehicle and guests.

Activities and Attractions

Aside from all of the amenities mentioned above located directly on  
the property, Singer Island has a world of outdoor sports activities  
available such as parasailing, waverunning, and snorkeling. Jonathan  
Dickinson State Park is on the north side of the Island if you enjoy  
swimming, kayaking and exploring nature.

annual rates are 2100/month unfurnished 
 
Also available turnkey furnished if you prefer for 4000/month.  
Seasonal rentals are avaialable December through April for  
4,000/month with a two month mimimum. Off season rate is 3000/month  
for the months of May through November.
