This very charming house is located in the Remington Golf Course complex.  It is
exquisitely furnished with all appliances and fittings; it is home away from home.  It is less than 1 mile from both the main Highway 192 where many supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars are found and close to the Florida Turnpike.

This rental is a perfect site for golfers and vacationers. It is also within half hour drive of the major Disney Attractions, SeaWorld, Epcot Centre, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild, Epcot Centre and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

This air-conditioned rental is two storeys with ample living space and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The house consist of 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms; each bedroom is eloquently set up and decorated; there is a TV in each bed-room and the family room.

As you enter you will find the living room which is tastefully furnished with couches, chairs, and a powder room is adjacent to it.

This kitchen has an open plan which encompasses the dining room and family room. The kitchen is spacious with all amenities to make you feel right at home, it is fully equipped with modern appliances.

 The beautiful, elegant dining room is of any person desire to sit down to for a lovely dinner; this area can seat 6 persons comfortable.

 Adjacent is the family room which has a sofa-bed (queen size) with 2 recliner chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the comforts of TV including a variety of CD music or movies. The family room is a dream come true for any one on vacation with beautiful colorful drapes, large television, entertainment center, breath taking pictures on the wall of beautiful sceneries.

The kitchen, dining room, and family room  has direct view of the large spacious heated pool all inclusive with outdoor furnishing, table, chairs, with a spacious shower bathroom which also has direct access to/from the pool

The master en-suite bedroom with king size bed is located on the main floor, it has a  shower, toilet, bath tub and two basins, towel storage and walk- in cloth closet. This bedroom is very pleasing and impressive to sleep; it has a large flat screen television, and windows that overlook the pool and golf course.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the second level together with a sitting room and a separate large den with queen-size sleeper couch, and shared full bathroom. Two bedrooms have twin beds, and its own cloth closet, the other  bedroom has a double bed and large closet.

The laundry room is off the kitchen; complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
