If you love the southend of Ocean City, you will love this roomy and tastefully decorated 3BR, 2 Bath, 2nd Floor, recently renovated Condo! Each room has been freshly painted and upgraded with newer furniture, comforters and more. New changes and upgrades take place each year!

Many of our tenants return year after year...So can you!

Our cozy vacation home is very bright and airy with cathedral ceilings, Carribean Baja Ceiling fan in living area and lots of windows! You can actually hear the ocean from the master bedroom.

You will be just under 2 blocks from the beach with a lifeguard. Second home from the corner makes your walk to the beach that much less!

The kids will love the double sets of bunk beds. You will love that room, too, as the TV, DVD, and electronic game hook-up will keep the kids entertained for hours when your family is not at the beach, boardwalk, or miniature golf course!

New for 2010:  All 3 bedrooms have SHARP 19" Flat Screen HDTVs mounted to the wall for relaxing viewing.  The main television is a large screen HDTV that also has DVD/VCR combo!

There are no homes across the street. Sit on the deck, sip your cocktail, enjoy a snack as you view the awesome sunsets over the wetlands at the end of a fun beach day!

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, electronic coffee maker (program it before you go to bed and your coffee is ready when you wake up,) 6 qt. crockpot, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of dinnerware and flatware, cookware, and much, much more!

Worried about cleanliness? When our cleaning service told us we were "too picky," they looked for other homes to "clean!" We personally inspect our home each Saturday, and even change comforters and throw pillows. When you enter you will think you are the first tenants of the season. Our home will be spotlessly clean and fresh smelling!

Enjoy Ocean City in this well-appointed beach home in the off season, too. September has great beach weather without the crowds, and most of the businesses are open through October.

SEASON/OFF-SEASON
The summer season in Ocean City officially begins on Memorial Day weekend and ends gradually from Labor Day through the end of September. It is considered peak season from July 4th until Labor Day. During April and May, as well as October through the end of November, all of the downtown area and numerous restaurants are open for ?business as usual.? Most boardwalk merchants remain open through the end of November and the sales are fabulous!

UNCLE BILL'S PANCAKE HOUSE is in walking distance just 5 short blocks away. This popular establishment has opened a new location at 40th Street! Enjoy breakfast and lunch and you won't have to move your car!
