The great room – living room has picture windows overlooking the fairway, a floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace and a 46” flat LCD TV. The formal dining room and adjacent large deck with barbeque and deck furniture boast majestic mountain views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Wolf six-burner gas range, Subzero refrigerator, country sink, bar sink, convection oven and microwave. On this level you will also find the laundry room, mudroom and a two car heated garage.
The master bedroom suite on the main level has a king bed, gas fireplace, LCD TV and views of the fairway. Master bathroom features a multi-headed steam shower stall, deep soaking sub, double sinks and a very large custom closet. There is also a large sitting area as you enter the master bedroom with a chaise lounge and desk.
Entire upstairs is dedicated to the second bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet, en suite full bathroom with shower and a Romeo & Juliet balcony overlooking the great room below.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the ground level. The third bedroom is a mini-master suite with a queen bed, gas fireplace, LCD TV and bathroom featuring steam shower, soaking tub, double sinks and custom closet. The fourth bedroom is a bunkroom next to the mini-master. It has four custom built-in full size bunk beds with custom drawers underneath (sleeps 8). The fifth bedroom has a queen bed with views of the fairway and a connecting full bath with tub. On this level you will also find the Family Pub Room with a large gas fireplace, 52” flat LCD TV, picture windows overlooking the fairway and another full kitchen. An additional queen air-bed can be provided for the Pub Room to accommodate two more guest, for a total of 18 guests. A private covered hot tub accessible from the Pub Room overlooks the fairway and mountain range for a peaceful way to end a perfect day.
