Villa-style condo features new kitchen, new carpeting, very clean, tasteful décor and new paint.  No stairs to climb, no upstairs neighbors, only one condo unit connected.  Very quiet and peaceful.  Parking area immediately adjacent to condo.  King and Queen beds, enclosed lanai with storage, washer and dryer, fully furnished with linens. Air conditioned.  Application fee, utilities and taxes included in rental rate.
