Welcome to our wonderful beach house "Doc's Folly" on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula.

Morgantown is an upscale beach community where you will enjoy beautiful landscaping, buried utilities, strict architectural controls, two swimming pools, and two tennis courts.

Doc's Folly is a beautifully decorated four-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house. Be prepared to relax!!

Doc's Folly comes equipped with one King bed, and three Queen beds. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa.

The home features satellite television, high speed wireless Internet access, and a charcoal barbeque grill.

We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority.

Doc's Folly is a very easy stroll to the white sandy beaches and beautiful waters Gulf Shores is famous for. The first of Morgantown's two swimming pools is positioned between the house and the beach.

Located just 15 minutes west of downtown, Doc's Folly is also very convenient to all restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and amusement parks.

For golfers in the group, Doc's Folly is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.

RELAX ON THE BEACH: Our goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. We want you to feel that the value you are getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! We pride ourselves on our repeat customers.

Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
