Joint Adventure is a professionally decorated brand new four-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, beautiful landscaping, tennis courts, swimming pools, and of course, a world class beach! Be prepared to relax!!

Joint Adventure comes equipped with one king bed, two queen beds, and four twin beds in a bunk format. The home features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, five televisions, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless internet access, cable television, and a charcoal barbeque grill. We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority.

Joint Adventure is a short three minute walk to the beach boardwalk and is just across the street from Morgantown's tennis courts, newest swimming pool, and hot tub.

For golfers in the group, Joint Adventure is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.

Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Joint Adventure is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you.

Our goal is simple...to underpromise and overdeliver on all of our beach rental properties. We want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Your Investment

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
