Lighthouse unit 1402 features all the comforts of home. You will enjoy a King bed and private bath in the master with a wonderful walk out balcony overlooking the Gulf. There is also a bunk room featuring two Twin beds and a personal bath. The living room comes equipped with a Queen sleeper sofa. The condo features professional decor, high speed wireless internet access, cable TV, CD/DVD player, and a view that will truly take your breath away. Sit out on your direct gulf front patio and enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper while the dolphins frolic in the surf!

One of the newest condominium complexes on the Gulf coast, the Lighthouse boasts two gorgeous outdoor swimming pools (one zero entry), an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, two saunas, and a hot tub. There is truly something for everyone.

You will also stay busy during the heat of the day. Gulf Shores offers wonderful restaurants, great shopping (Foley outlets are a favorite of the ladies), world class golf (Kiva and the Peninsula), and great movie theaters. The kids will enjoy various amusement parks, putt-putt golf, and go-cart tracks.

The Lighthouse condominiums are located right in the heart of Gulf Shores. Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, We can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
