Your Investment

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $75 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

To protect your investment, I also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. I highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.
