The first thing you notice is the professional decor. It's exquisite! It's spacious (nine foot ceilings, 1300 square feet!) and intimate at the same time. Few vacation rentals can inspire the way San Carlos 808 does.

If you enjoy cooking - the kitchen has a wet bar and all the equipment and appliances you need. And some folks say the big spacious kitchen make cooking more fun; you'll have to let us know how true that is.

And what a the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows! Walk directly out onto your Gulf-front balcony and enjoy the unrestricted vista across the Gulf. Sooo relaxing!!!

And for entertainment that's a little more like home, there's high-speed wireless internet access, TVs with digital cable in every room, and a DVD player.

When it's time for bed, the master bedroom has a luxurious Queen, and there's two spacious Double in the other bedroom. Along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

San Carlos

San Carlos sits approximately 3/4 mile to the east of the Hwy 59/Beach Blvd intersection, in the heart of Gulf Shores. The location is terrific. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. You're just minutes away from everything. The building has a fitness center indoors and a zero-entry pool outside.

Your Investment

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

To protect your investment, I also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. I highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.
