Waterfront - Walk to beach- located on wide canal w/gulf access. Vanderbilt Beach voted #5 in US News' Most Relaxing Beaches for 2011. TripAdvisor's Travelers' Choice 2011 Award for Top 25 Beaches in US. This bright and sunny home has southern exposure with gulf access. All furniture, appliances, bedding, linens, accessories and kitchen equipment are new. Also, the carpet, tile and window treatments throughout the house are new; and it has been completely painted inside and out. A new pebble finish was applied to the pool and the sod was replaced in April 2010. In addition, It has a large lanai with a fireplace, flat screen TV, and new furniture as well. All rooms except for one bedroom have access and views of the pool and canal.
Located on a short, wide canal with southern exposure. Also, centrally located to The Ritz Carlton, beach, shopping, popular restaurants, attractions, and activities.

Take your boat out to fish in the Gulf. Bring your jet skis and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico. Rent kayaks and explore the estuaries and the back waters of the Gulf.
Take a short 10 - 15 min. walk to Vanderbilt Beach, one of the world's & the country's finest beaches. Bicycle (approx. 1 mile) to Delnor-Wiggins Pass Beach State Park; a quiet, natural and serene beach.
Within 1 1/2 miles from our home, you will find world renowned restaurants, for example: The Ritz, The Baleen, at the LaPlaya Golf and Beach Resort and other local favorites like the Turtle Club (beach front dining), and Randy's Fish Market.
Drive 5 mins. south on Rt. 41 and shop at the upscale Waterside Shops where you'll find Tiffany's, DeBeers, Coach, Gucci, Sak's, Nordstrom and many others. Enjoy live shows at the Philharmonic which is located near the Waterside Shops.
The Village at Venetian Bay is further South on 41 and it has waterfront shops and restaurants.
Approximately, 15 minutes south on Tamiami (41) shop or dine in historic Olde Naples, where you'll find Campiello's, Tommy Bahama's, Trulucks, Chops and others.
The newly built Mercato is located approximately 1 mile from our home. There you can shop and dine at one of the many restaurants or you can have dinner and a movie at the state-of-the-art, Silverspot Cinema. The Mercato is a very popular place for outdoor concerts and nightlife.
Drive north on Tamiami (Rt. 41) for approx. 15 minutes and shop and dine at Coconut Point or visit Miromar Outlets.
Golf at one of Naples many popular golf courses. You'll find a list of all golf courses at the home. Play tennis at Pelican Bay Community Park, located less than a mile away.
Some great places to take the children are Sun-n Fun-Lagoon (a water park w/waterslides and lazy river), the Naples' Zoo and miniature golf courses. Also, Bush Gardens, an amusement park, is located in Tampa approx. a 2 hour drive north on Route 75. If you'd like, you can just sit by the pool or at the beach and enjoy the warmth, sunshine, gulf breezes and beautiful sunsets.
The house includes a binder with maps, menus and other information about nearby attractions. Use the Wi-Fi internet to research other attractions, activities and entertainment.
