Vacation Rental Description

Private Caribbean waterfront vacation rental.This Romantic European 
designed  
estate on the island of 
Eleuthera, in the Bahamas, just outside the charming settlement 
Governors Harbor. Vacationers with a taste 
for 
luxury will love this property. The estate has 7 bedrooms and 7 
baths and is located directly 
on a gorgeous pink sand beach.
Capricorn House has just been 
refurbished including a totally new professional kitchen and updated 
baths.. The main 
house consists of 4 bedrooms, all with private baths and glass 
sliding doors overlooking the the glistening sea.( 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 
and one set of twins.)One can lie in bed and watch the cruise ships 
sail by in the distance. The living/dining room is well appointed 
with TV/DVD and cd player. Dining table etc.The kitchen has a 
marvelous 5 burner gas range with an electric/convection oven, 
microvave and 2 dishwashers, a huge fridge and plenty of gadgets. 
All 
rooms have ceiling fans and air 
conditioning. Two main terraces, one one the ocean side and one in a 
sheltered walled garden service the main house, both seat at least 
14.The loggia terrace features a gorgeous brand new "outdoor 
kitchen" with 1 ss gas grill and another ss charcoal grill.
Adjoining the main house is a charming room with 2 single beds and 
bath.
Just beside the main house is a guest cottage. This colorful house 
has 2 single beds in the bedroom plus a kitchen/sitting room and 
full 
bath.The sitting room also has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a 
stove, microwave, fridge,and dishwasher. A covered front porch and a 
sunterrace compliment this home.The laundry room is also found in 
this building.
A short walk from the main house is Kari's Cottage. This cottage is 
high on a hill with lovely ocean views.Kari's Cottage has a king 
bed, full bath and 
sitting 
room with a kitchenette containing stove, microwave, fridge and 
sink. The front porch is covered and beside it is a sun terrace with 
seating for dining and chaise lounges for sunbathing.
Nestled in the east lawn between the house and the ocean is the 25 x 
50
freshwater pool. The pool has a built in seat so one can enjoy a 
cocktail will relaxing in the cool water. This area is quite 
secluded 
and has a lanai with a full wet bar and fridge,including dining 
tables,pool and beach chairs, umbrellas and lounges.
About 150 yards down a path is the ocean. It is gorgeous and the 
beach stretches for miles, and is nearly always totally empty.This 
area has only large estates along the beach, insuring maximum 
privacy. There is also a  tiki hut located directly on the beach for 
those who enjoy a bit of shade.
There are numerous gardens, including herbs, vegetables, fruit trees 
and flowers.

Vacation Rental Rates

$9000 per week for Main House only up to 6 persons then an 
additional $600 per person up to a maximum of 10 .  $2000 per week 
for Kari's cottage and $1500 for the Guest House. Cottages are 
rented ONLY in conjunction with Main House.

Low season rates September 15th until November 15th annually. 
$7500.00 for up to 6 people per/ week and $500 per person over 6 in 
the main house, maximum 10, main house. If more rooms are needed the 
guest house is an 
additional $1250 per week and Kari's Cottage is $1500 per week. The 
guest house and Kari's Cottage are only rented in conjunction with 
the main house . This property is rented to only one group at a 
time.Maximum 14 persons.

$750.00 refundable security deposit.This property sleeps a maximum 
of 14 
people.This home is on the island of Eleuthera, in the Governors 
Harbor area in the islands of the Bahamas.
One can book flights into Nassau then into Governors Harbor or take 
a "Fast Ferry" from Nassau to Governors Harbor there are also 
flights from Fort Lauderdale directly into Governors Harbor or North 
Eleuthera.Song, Delta, Jet Blue and a few more airlines fly into 
Nassau.Bahamas Air, Continental and a few more into Governors Harbor 
and North Eleuthera.If your group is larger than 6 it is often 
easier and more economical to chater from Florida.
