Vacation Rental Description

*** Two Month Minimum Rental Required by Condo Association.
This gulf-front Longboat Harbour Towers, sixth floor condo(4401 Gulf 
of Mexico Drive)has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The 
sunny, cheerful interior encourages relaxation from the time you 
walk in the door. Views of the Gulf from all the rooms including full 
wall glass sliding doors in each bedroom; the large deck is 
accessable from the living room, and both bedrooms.  Sit or dine on 
your private terrace, watching the everchanging Gulf and the 
occasional pelican gliding past you. 

Building is 11 stories, directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with the 
beach, Gulf and pool at your feet.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,new range,new side by side 
freezer/refrigerator with external ice water/cube dispenser,garbage 
disposal and table with four chairs.
Televisions in living room and master bedroom.  VCR and DVD in 
living room.
Master bedroom has king-size bed, full bath, and walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, with second bath in adjacent hall.
Limited access lobby, personal parking space in carport, heated 
pool, sauna, exercise room with several treadmills/stationary 
bike/weights, television and pool table.

Activities and Attractions

Spend the day on the beach in front of your building where you may 
share the beach with only several other people, but watch out for 
the sea turtle nest of eggs that you saw from the deck.  Walk to 
tennis courts, bay and recreation center; 5 minute drive to 
Publix Supermarket, 15 minute drive to shopping/restaurants at 
St.Armands Circle. Bicycle, skate, jog or walk on the 10 mile bike 
path along the length of Gulf of Mexico Drive. Golf on stunning 
courses, immaculately kept. 
Sarasota is an easy drive to cultural activities, movies, exciting 
restaurants, ranging from conventional seafood, to Peruvian gourmet 
and Italian bistros.

Vacation Rental Rates

January thru April:  $4500/Month
May thru September:  $3400/Month
October thru December:  $4100/Month
Willing to discount for 4 months or longer rental.
**10% Florida Tax, $100 condo association fee not included.

***Two month minimum rental required by building association. No 
Smoking or Pets allowed in condo.
