$500 Security/Key Deposit.  Pet deposit cleaning, if applicable, $75

Cleaning Fee after each rental, $125.  Please leave cash in an envelope on the sink, next to the refrigerator.

Use of energy charge for operation of the A/C system, and heating the pool and the spa hasbeen reduced from $13 per day, to $10 per day, provided that the pool & spa thermostat is not constantly set at a constant 95 degrees for 24 hour periods.
