Vacation Rental Description

Attractive Contemporay - Private Beach and Spectacular Sunsets 
 
The house is located in the Lion Head Community which is in the 
Springs at the end of Three Mile Harbor. It is a private community 
across Hog Creek from Clearwater. The house is located on a hill 
across the street from the houses directly on Gardiner’s bay. Stroll  
past three house and you are on the path to the private beach. At  
the beach during the day, you will enjoy a beautiful overlook of  
Gardiner’s Bay with views as far reaching as Gardiner’s Island and  
Connecticut. Early evening, you will marvel at the spectacular  
sunsets. 
 
The house is an attractive contemporary with cedar siding has 
central air conditioning. Numerous picture windows overlook the 
beautiful grounds. The first floor living area is 
very large with a white-carpeted conversation pit located in front 
of a handsome fireplace. Cathedral ceilings and picture windows make 
the living area open and spacious. The decor is white and pastel. 
Sliding doors off the living room open to the main deck on which 
there is patio furniture and a high quality gas grill. The dining 
area off to the right of the living room has an oak table with two 
pull-out extensions to provide seating for 8-10 people. Perfect for 
entertaining! The open kitchen adjoining is fully equipped with all 
appliances and utensils for indoor and outdoor cooking. There is a 
separate 1/2 bath on the first floor where the washer and dryer are 
located. Indoor access to the two-door garage is also on the first 
floor. 
 
The master bedroom with a queen bed is on the first floor with a 
full private bath adjoining the bedroom. Sliding doors in the 
bedroom open to the second smaller deck. Dresser bureaus are inside 
two spacious closets. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. 
One bedroom is very large with a queen bed and a mauve-tone decor. 
The smaller bedroom has two twin beds. Between the two bedrooms 
there is a full bath with a double sink and separate door to the 
shower and personal area. The closet space throughout the house is 
incredibly spacious. There is a full size cellar where the hot water 
heater, furnace, and water purifier are located. 
 
Several of the most popular East Hampton restaurants including 
Bostwicks, Michaels, and East Hampton Point are “just up the road”! 
It really is a wonderful property which is enjoyed during all four 
seasons. The attractive decor and setting will make you feel relaxed 
and special.
