Ski trail is approx 300 yds away, shuttle bus (Sugarbus) is 150 yds from unit.  Walk DOWN 3 steps to the front door, no walk up!

Kids enjoy the den upstairs with cable TV, VCR, video games and movies while parents enjoy the living room's stone fireplace, cable TV, VCR, WIFI.  Cords of wood 50 feet from front door.  

Unit was renovated in 09 and 2010, upgraded to energy efficient appliances, lighting, heating.  The unit is fully insulated, very warm.  Primary heat is gas.  TANKLESS hot water heater provides endless hot water for two different showers at once! Separate wine refrigerator to chill your wine for apre ski!

Complex provides daily snow plowing, lighted parking area, unit equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Incredible Stone Fireplace, Kitchen and 2.5 baths newly renovated.   Warm yourself by the fireplace, sip wine from the wine frig while looking at an incredible view after skiing.

Location location location. The townhouse in Warren, Vermont is on Sugarbush.  Cross-Country Skiing, Ice Skating in Waitsfield just a short drive away. Snowshoe from our door onto Sugarbush! 

Summer months Hike, Canoe, Kayak, Bike, Fish, Swim, Trent Jones golf course and driving range.  Glidder ride from our local Valley airport and view the Valley from the air!

Golf Courses in the nearby vicinity. Trout fish in the Mad River.  MOUNTAIN BIKING IS EXCELLENT!  Explore the Galleries, Craft, Book, and
Antique Shops in Warren and Waitsfield.  All summer Waitsfield has a wonderful Saturday market full of area produce, excellent baked goods and crafts.

Fine Dining can be found in many valley restaurants. Burlington and
Lake Champlain are only a one-hour drive. For movie viewing, there
is a cinema in Waitsfield Red Box DVD  rental at Shaw's supermarket. 

Ski Season

TOWNHOUSE IS RESERVED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.  THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO RESERVE THE TOWNHOUSE.

Holiday Rates - MARTIN LUTHER KING WEEKEND!!!!   DROPPED THE RATE TO $550/ NIGHT....CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT THE EXTRA KICKER IS, YOU WILL LOVE IT!

 Kids Vacation weeks in Feb  $650/night

CHRISTMAS AND KIDS VACATION WEEKS ARE A 7 DAY MINIMUM STAYS.               

Presidents wkd 3 day minimum. 

Non Holiday Rates - Weekdays $430, Weekends 490/night, $3,130/week.

ALL WEEKEND RENTALS ARE 3 DAY MINIMUM STAYS.

Summer - Weekday rate $220/night, weekend rates $240/night.

Fall - Weekday rate $220/night, weekends $240/night.

Fall - Holiday Weekend Rates $275/night, this includes Labor Day weekend, Columbus Day and Veterans Day weekends.

Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday.

Security Deposit $2,500

Cleaning fee of $125 for all rentals.

VT 9% Sales Tax will be added and collected to all rentals.
