Beautiful newer cottage perched on dune overlooking Lake Michigan in a private beach association. Quiet seculded area just right for romantic getaway. Off season too.
We have 2 or 3 night getaways with off season rates till mid-June an after mid-October. Fully equiped with everything you need. Beautiful Lake Michigan views/sunsets all year. See below and Calendar for availability.
2013 Availability Updated 05/30/2013: We have availlability up to June 8 -- then booked for the summer but we know of other cottages with openings so email us with your dates.
Two bedrooms. Upper bedroom with cozy Queen bed has fabulous Lake Michigan view! Downstairs bedroom has twin beds. Futon and cot available in great room. Far from city so great. Clear skys let you see the Milky way at night, far from city lights.
Area looks like a "Swiss Chalet" village in winter.
Large deck in front overlooks Lake Michigan - perfect for entertaining and barbequing.
Firepit, barbeque grill on premises.
Silver Lake dunes 7 miles away (summer/fall hiking and dune buggies).
Oceana county has some of the best fall colors in Michigan.

The world famous Silver Lake dunes are only 7 miles away. Private 1/2 mile association beach is minutes from cottage.
The small, undiscovered town of Stony Lake is 4 miles away and offers a great restaurant (Stony Lake Inn), quiet cafe, park and beach and fishing on Stony Lake. Also, great ice cream cones!
Golfing at Benona Shores Golf Course is available a couple miles away.
Horseback riding, charter fishing for salmon and dune buggy
rides in area. Arts shows at Pentwater and other nearby towns.
Lots of locally grown fruit and vegetables available in area.
