Sunset Vista, just 3 short miles to downtown Asheville, in a quiet little neighborhood with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, just off scenic Town Mountain Road.  Lovely year round views may be enjoyed from the spacious back deck opening from the double French doors off the many-windowed sunroom/ dining area & open kitchen.

3 bedrooms and two baths. Perfect for three couples or for two small families to share.  First bedroom with King bed & private bath, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and twin bed, third bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed (maximum house capacity is 8 guests).  The first bath is accessed from the king bedroom.  The second bath is off the hallway. 

All linens provided, Cable TV, wireless internet, phone with unlimited local & long distance calling to keep you connected (should you so desire).  Washer/Dryer, full amenity kitchen, AMAZING back deck with views.

Just 3 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway in one direction (via Town Mountain Road, or take the level 3 mile trail/roadbed all the way to the parkway!), and downtown Asheville is a mere 3 miles in the other direction.  Biltmore Estate entrance is about 5 miles from Sunset Vista - inquire about having discounted tickets at the house for your arrival; other tickets available include Chimney Rock Park tickets, Asheville Trolley Tour tickets, Asheville Food and Brewery Tour Tickets. Cyclists welcome - easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway!!  Easy and quick access to downtown Asheville with it's amazing food scene, beer and brewery scene, Arts and Crafts, shopping.

Rates vary depending on Season & # of nights staying.  The more nights you stay, the lower the nightly rate, the more week days you stay, the more you save!  Minimum stay requirements apply:

Winter Season: 1st Sunday in January after NYD through first Thursday night in April, 2 night min stay.

Shoulder Seasons: April through mid-June, mid-August through September, November through mid December, excepting Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and Thanksgiving Week. 3 night min stay required

Peak Seasons: Memorial Day Weekend Labor Day Weekend, mid-June through mid-August, October (leaf season), 4-5 night min stay required

Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Holiday Weeks - 5 night min stay required.

Short stays may be available on short notice (w/in 30 days), where there are "pinch nights" and on weekday nights, with a $50 surcharge added to totals.

Add 11% taxes to all totals, except monthly stays when no tax is required.

Pets OK, add $10/night/pet, or $50 /pet/stay, whichever is less (non-refundable

privilege fee).  7% state sales tax is added to pet fee ttls.  Must agree to pet agreement:

No pets on furniture, clean pet-waste out of yard, crate unattended pets indoors.  The pet fee is a privilege fee not a damage deposit.  Should your pet cause any additional damages, violate the pet agreement or be the cause excessive cleaning, additional fees will be charged in excess of the privilege fee.
