Looking for a place to relax and get your toes in the sand? This is it!
Our little dream place is located in the quaint beach town of Pass A Grille, at the south end of St. Pete Beach. It is truly a throwback to the good old days, when Florida was a sleepy, laid back, place to be. Simply cross the street, and you will be at the uncrowded white sand beach.
Everything here is on 'island time' so there is no need to hurry for anything, except the sunset! Each night is an ever changing show, and you can enjoy it from our huge deck, which is outfitted with all you need for a day of sunbathing or a cool drink at sunset. Watch closely, and you are sure to see the dolphins playing!
Our recently remodeled, large studio, is located on the second floor (top) of the co-op. There is a separate living room with a flat screen TV, and plenty of light for reading. On the other side of the wall is a queen size bed with empty cabinets to allow you to unpack and settle in. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, if you choose to prepare your meals, and also a full bath, which includes a tub and shower combo.
Wireless Internet is available in the unit at no cost.
Within a block, there are several excellent restuarants, historic 'downtown' Pass A Grille (only one block long!), with several unique shops and galleries, and at the end of the block, Merry Pier, where you can reserve a spot for a deep sea fishing trip, rent a bike, or arrange for a shuttle to nearby Shell Key, which is a filled with shelling opportunities!
Approximately 30 minutes form Tampa International, and within minutes of Treasure Island, Madiera Beach, and Johns Pass. Shuttle service is available from the airport for approximately $50, and a trolley serves the area to take you to the grocery store, drug stores, etc.
