This property is top-notch in every regard. Several one- and two-person kayaks are included in the property and free to use. The property offers all the comforts of home (fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, soap etc.).

You have your own private beach and dock and will see gorgeous, unobstructed sunsets from there. The uninhabited Mangrove tree islands that are home to countless rare animals are about a 1 hour Kayak trip away. The apartment and entire property are in excellent condition, gated and VERY secure with multiple locks.

There is a fresh water shower right by the private beach and the very first day a manatee swam up and stayed for half an hour.

Overall, this was an amazing stay. There's really nothing else to say except thanks Chris and we'll be back!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Just had to let you all know, this is the very best place we have stayed in when we have visited the Florida Keys.Its clean its comfortable the owner will help you out if you need anything. The views are great and the place just lets you feel relaxed completely, we have stayed 2 times and I am sure we will again in the future
