This second floor, newly renovated condo is one row from the ocean,
and a one minute walk to the beach. There are great ocean views from
the living room deck, and a view of the pool(use of the pool is
included
with rental)from the private deck in the master bedroom. There is a
storage unit
on the ground floor and covered parking for your car.
This condo sleeps six, with a queen-sized bed, new queen-sized
sleeper
sofa and twin bunk beds in the alcove. There is one private bathroom
off
the bedroom, with a second full bath for the rest of the family. The
living
room has a privacy divider for the queen-sized sofa and has a
beautiful ocean
view through the sliders out to the front deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes, flatware,
cooking utensils, pots and pans. A full-sized washer and dryer are
in the unit. There is a tv and vcr in the bedroom, a tv/dvd and vcr
in the living room. There are two beach umbrellas and sand toys in
the storage closet, as well as dvds, vcr tapes, board games and
reading material for all to enjoy. The beach-themed dining room
table seats six. There are ceiling fans in the living room and
bedroom and a brand new central air conditioning unit to keep you
cool after a day at the beach.
Bed linens are provided for all beds. Tenants need only bring
towels and personal items.

The condo is within walking distance of a city park with a lake,
playground, paddle boats and a greenway trail. Enjoy outdoor movies
at the lake on Sunday (weather) and a fireworks display on Thursday
(weather) during the summer. There are many local restaurants,
coffee shops, ice cream parlors and fast food establishments, and a
boardwalk with an arcade nearby.You can fish from the beach, from
the fishing pier, or from the charter boats at the local marina.
There is an outstanding aquarium at Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher's Civil
War Memorial, Battleship USS North Carolina and a ferry to the
quaint village of Southport. You can also enjoy golfing(there are
two beautiful golf courses within five miles and many others within
a 30 mile range), or take in the sights of historic downtown
Wilmington while on your vacation, with a stroll on the famous
riverwalk or while taking part in a haunted tour or a horse-drawn
carriage ride. Don't forget biking, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing,
parasailing, kayaking, even a luxurious dinner cruise, all available
in Carolina Beach.

Two-Night Rentals Are Available During The Off-Season @ $175.00 for
two nights plus $35.00 cleaning fee & $150.00 refundable security

*Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 3:00p.m.
Check out is 11:00a.m. $35 cleaning fee, $150 refundable security
deposit due 30 days prior to stay. 50% of rental fee is due at time
of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to stay. Must cancel 30
days prior to arrival for refund.
