Ocean Village Club in St Augustine

One visit to Ocean Village Club and you will be sold. We are located directly on beautiful St. Augustine Beach, on Anastasia Island. This 2 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms is located in Ocean Village Club. It is a gated and fenced ocean side complex with 2 pools (1 heated),  2 shuffle board courts, 2 tennis courts, a family picnic area, and a brand new exercise facility at the club house. Moreover, the club house has a small library, internet services via a computer and WIFI for guests who wish to use their own computers. The buildings are surrounded by lighted walkways and palm trees.  The complex has its own private and secured access boardwalk to the beach. K33 is a corner unit with southern exposure on  the top floor of a 3 storey building.  It overlooks the heated pool and one of the shuffle board courts. It is a non-smoking unit. Pets are allowed but restricted to one.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, a private bathroom and access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and for additional privacy it is located at the opposite end of the unit. The living room has a flat screen TV and a queen sofa sleeper for additional capacity.  It has been designed on an open floor plan that allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area can be used for casual or more formal dining around the table.  All cookware and tableware are included.  Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you to relax.  Relax and enjoy our condo. Whether inside or outside, you can listen to the ocean waves and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our balcony.
