Sunrise Village 5 BR - Ski to Condo in Killington

Check out the Superpipe and Bear Mountain from our condo. Ski home to the back of the condo*! Short walk to the trail to ski out* Ski down to the Sunrise Village Triple*, which is complimentary for guests of Sunrise Village and ski home (subject to weather & snow conditions). Beautiful view of Bear Mountain, as well as The Superpipe. Fully equipped kitchen, Dining Area with Deck, Living Room has cozy fireplace (free firewood),& 42" & flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, Wii, WiFi and board games. Main floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom. Second floor has Master Bedroom with Mountain View (queen bed), master bath, whirlpool, shower, double sinks and blow dryer. Second bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds and private full bath, downstairs has 2 bedrooms with bunk beds in each room, full bathroom and washer/dryer. Operation of Sunrise lift is subject to weather and snow conditions. Maximum occupancy of 10 people. This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, but we cannot allow pets.

Ski Season: Come back after skiing and jump in the whirlpool or go to the private recreation center and jump in the heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, steam room or fully equipped ;fitness center. Grab a bite and drink at Sunrise Cafe located upstairs of the Recreation Center. For the non-skier, Sunrise Village offers complimentary ice skating, snowshoeing and cross country (subject to weather & snow conditions). Check out local snowmobiling and Killington's brand new Tubing Park.

Killington Village is a short drive. You can choose from a variety of restaurants, pubs and a lively nightlife. Off Season: Killington is a 4 season resort. When the snow is gone, come check out our private tennis courts, large outdoor heated pool (summer) and large outdoor hot tub, as well as the indoor amenities in our recreation center (pool, hot tub, steam room and fully equipped fitness center). Lots of activities to keep everybody busy.  Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the Green Mountain National (voted #1 in Vermont) or the Killington Golf Course. Other activities include, Hiking, Mountain Biking. Killington is one of the top 5 mountain biking parks.  There are bike rentals, as well. Other activities include: fishing in nearby lakes, shopping and restaurants/pubs. Summer events are as follows: Jeep Jamboree, Wine Festival, Long Trail Century Ride, Killington Music Festival, Concert Series, Motorcycle Touring Rally, Hay Festival, Brewfest and 100 on 100 Relay. Fall Season:*** - 9/1/12-12/13/12 $250* per night (2 night minimum); $1,200* per week

Thanksgiving: 11/16/12-11/25/12 $300* per night (2 night minimum); $1,900* per week

Ski Season: **** (12/14/12-3/31/12) Non-Holiday Rate: Weekday $550* per night Mon-Fri (2 night minimum)/Weekend 750* per night (2 night minimum); Full Week (7 days) $3,500*

Christmas/New Years: $950* per night/3night minimum (12/21/12-12/29/12); $6,400* full week 12/23/12-12/30/12; $3,200*New Years Weekend 12/29/12-1/1/13)

Martin Luther King Weekend: $3,200* for 3 nights (1/18/13-1/21/13).

Presidents Week:  $5,000* full week/7 nights 2/15/13-2/22/13;  $3,200* Weekend 2/15-2/18/12; $500 per night mid-week Mon-Friday 2/18/13-2/22/13 (3 night minimum)

Spring Skiing (4/6/13-5/3/13): Weekday $250* per night Mon-Fri (2 night minimum) Weekend $350* per night (2 night minimum)

Summer (5/4/13-8/31/13): $750* per week; $2,500** per month

       * Please add to above rental rates: $200 cleaning fee, 10% Rental Tax and $1,000           SecurityDeposit (refundable the following week, providing no damages).

    ** Monthly rates will require a $2,000 security deposit, $250 cleaning fee, and 10% rental tax
