Interior:

Situated on Silver Lake; this home features six bedrooms, and three and a half  baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk in closet and a private bathroom.  There's another bedroom on the main floor that has a twin size bed in it, as well as a full size bathroom.  Linens are provided as well for your convenience.  A large modern kitchen with an island is fully stocked, and opens into the dining room and living room.  The living room was a large stone fireplace and a flat screen TV for that cozy atmosphere.  Large picture windows with amazing views and natural sunlight shine!  A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen, as well as 1/2 bath.  Upstairs hosts 3 bedrooms that are all good size with a full size bed in each room; in addition, there's another full size bathroom.  The lower level has a family room with a sofa sleeper as well as a bunk room that houses 3 sets of twin bunk beds (toys also included!).  The bunk room has a private bathroom with a huge Jacuzzi tub and lots of room.  

Exterior:

Located on Silver Lake with a private sandy beach.  This home features a large yard (with a seperate fenced in area for a dog!), a swing set for kids and a play area, a trampoline (lawn), a private dock and hoist for your boat, nice firepit, kayaks and a fishing boat.  Multilevel decking and privacy are sure to make you relax as you watch your family playing in the lawn or in the water.  A large hot tub for 6-8 people and a gas grill also occupy the large deck.

Visit the Sand Dunes (Glen Arbor), Fish Town (Leland), the shops in Suttons Bay (which is similiar to being in a Norman Rockwell Picture), or tour the wineries, take in a jazz festival, and stroll through the local art galeries (featuring local artists).

Traverse City offers night life! The Opera House, Interlochen Arts Academy, Playhouse, concerts at the casino's, dancing, festivals, CHERRY FESTIVAL, berry picking, outstanding golf courses, yacht charters, jet ski rentals, hot air balloons, parasailing (for the brave), sunset catamaran cruises, local markets, museum, local dining that you will also tell your friends about, and wonderful local shops downtown to find that special treasure to remind you of your "perfect vacation"!
