"Beach Muse" Heated Pool, Gulf View, S of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach

Beach Muse is a relaxed, tastefully decorated,well-appointed,non-
smoking GULF VIEW beach house. It is located in the much sought
after community of Old Florida Cottages, a wonderful community with
palm- tree-lined streets, lush tropical landscaping, winding brick
paver walkways, picket fences, and a large sparkling POOL with ample
sundeck and large lanai. It is ideally located South of 30A in the
heart of prestigious Santa Rosa Beach, halfway between Goatfeathers
Restaurant and the Gulfview Heights beach access. It's a 6-7 minute
walk with no streets to cross to the dune walkover. Our section of
beach is one of the most beautiful in the area, wide and white, with
beautiful dunes, and a coastal dune lake - great for little ones (no
waves).

The spacious 4 bedroom, 31/2 bath house sleeps 10 comfortably. With
decks and porches on the second and third floor, there is privacy
for everyone. The top floor has 2 Master Suites, and a large
covered porch ? all with Great Gulf Views. The main living area,
encompasses the entire 2nd floor, and includes living, dining, and
ample kitchen areas, and ? bath. It opens to a large wrap-around
deck, allowing for plenty of space to relax & entertain. Kitchen
has a huge breakfast bar and pantry. The 1st floor has 2 other
bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds, one with queen), a lving/bedroom,
with full bath, and full laundry.  Outside shower off the back entrance. All Bdrms and Lv areas have TV's andor DVD or VCR's.  WiFI is included throught the house.

Golf, tennis, unique shops, & world class restaurants are within a 2
minute drive or a short walk or bike ride on the bike path. We
provide 2 adult bikes and you can rent more, (delivered free to your
door),to explore the 20-mile bike/walking trail just steps from the
house. A fresh seafood market is also a few minutes walk away.
Free evening concerts are held weekly Memorial Day-Labor Day
nearby at Gulf Place. It's fun to bring a picnic supper or just wine)

Summer........(5/25- 8/24)..........$2850/week...(Saturday to Saturday only)
Fall..............(8/24-10/26)..........$2150/week...(4 night minimum)
Rental rates do not include 12% tax and are subject to change
without notice.
Advance Deposit: One Half of total rental due at time of reservation.
Security Deposit: $500 - refundable if no damage. Other half of
rent + 12.0 % tax, and Security deposit due 3 weeks prior to check-in. Cancellation: ALL attempts will be made to re-rent the home. If it
cannot be rented, you Advance Deposit will be forfeited.
If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to check-in, entrire
amount of rent will be forfeited unless home can be re-rented.

We do not rent to student groups.
