As stated in the previous sections, the beach and Kid's Corner (a wooden structure park) are two of the main attractions within short walking distance.  There are also shops, restaurants, and amazing views of the channel that feeds into Lake Michigan within a 10 minute walk.

The rental rate for the property is $3,225 a week during the peak-season, which is defined as June 8 - September 2 for 2013. The nightly rate is $645 per night with a minimum of a 3-night stay. Additionally, a cleaning fee of $130 will be assessed for stays shorter than a week. Finally, 6% MI sales tax is assessed on all stays regardless of duration.  The deposit amount is based on the length of stay and is in addition to the rental fee.  But, it will be returned to you shortly after your stay assuming there are no damages.  There is a 2-night minimum stay required during the non-season.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the minimum stay during the peak season is 3-nights, we generally do not offer the 3-night stay duration until 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the full week has not been rented.  Prior to that 2-3 week period, the minimum stay is generally a one-week duration.  Currently, our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.
