Maple Street Retreat is a 5 Bedroom home renovated in 2011. This property is unique in that it has 2 Kitchens, 2 Living Rooms and 2 sets of washer and dryers.  It is perfect for large groups, several couples or families...you can have as much or as little privacy as desired simply by locking or unlocking the inner corridor located in the center of the home.

Maple Street Retreat is in a great location:  2 blocks from Kids Corner Park which is across the street from Lake Michigan and the blue stairs to the South Public Beach and 6 blocks from the river which is the main walking path from downtown to the South Pier & Lighthouse. So you can stroll to all the popular South Haven spots without getting in your car.

Are there young kids in your party?  If so check out Kids Corner Park on-line.  It has entertained our kids for hours at a time and there is a cool observation area for parents to relax as well. Also, very close by is the newly renovated South Beach complete with new kids play equipment and picnic tables.

The rental rate for the property is $4690 a week during the peak-season, which is defined as June 9 - September 8 for 2012. The nightly rate is $945 per night with a minimum of a 3-night stay. Additionally, a cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed for stays shorter than a week. Finally, 6% MI sales tax is assessed on all stays regardless of duration.  The deposit amount is based on the length of stay and is in addition to the rental fee.  But, it will be returned to you shortly after your stay assuming there are no damages.  There is a 2-night minimum stay required during the off-season.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the minimum stay during the peak season is 3-nights, we generally do not offer the 3-night stay duration until 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the full week has not been rented.  Prior to that 2-3 week period, the minimum stay is generally a one-week duration.  Currently, our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.
