Designed for families and fun, this cottage offers a great on-the-
beach location near famous historic St. Augustine sights. On the
dunes of a quiet beach, 50 feet from water's edge, you will love the
sounds and gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean while you watch the
dolphins playing in the surf.
Many of our guests return to stay with us year after year. They
always comment on how "at home" they feel when they visit our home.
The fenced in yard and pet friendly beach, make this the perfect
place to vacation with your entire family.
We are located in a primarily single family vacation home area, so
our beaches are not crowded.
The local on-shore and off-shore fishing is excellent.
Plenty of covered off street parking also make this beach front home
unique.

All rentals start and end on a Saturday.
Monthly rentals are defined as 28 consecutive nights.
There is an additional cleaning fee and local tax.
There is a non-refundable pet fee if applicable.
Our shortest rental period is one week.
We do not allow weddings, receptions, or large parties.
