Condo has sleeping capacity for 6, Master bedroom, 2 built in bunk
beds in addition to the pull out Queen size sleeper sofa. 2 nice
bathrooms!

CANCELLING LESS THAN 30 DAYS FORFEITS deposit. We cannot rent to anyone under 25 without adult supervision. If you cancel your stay prior to 30 days and used a credit card to pay your deposit owner keeps $25. 00 to offset cost of 2 credit card processing fees (payment and refund).  If you cancel prior to 30 days and paid your deposit by personal check there is no fee deducted for cancellation. IF you use a corporate credit card there is a $30.00 fee to offset the higher processing fee charged to owner for increased fee (processing company considers corporate cards higher risk).  1 month or longer stays require cancellation 60 days in advance or your deposit is forfeited.
