ENJOY walks on the beach, breathtaking gulf coast ocean views, 
sunsets from the balcony, RELAX and ENJOY life here now. You'll 
NEVER WANT TO LEAVE !!

Enjoy two pools, two hot tubs, an exercise facility, tennis courts, 
game room, air conditioned walkway from the parking garage.

Free Beach Service March - October. Reservations are by condo #.

Condo has sleeping capacity for 6, Master bedroom, 2 built in bunk 
beds in addition to the pull out Queen size sleeper sofa. 2 nice 
bathrooms!

INTERNET - DSL in unit!!! AMAZING VIEW OF BEACH ACTIVITY WHILE 
ENJOYING PRIVACY on THE 6th Floor!

CHECK IN IS AFTER 3 PM. (4 PM ATLANTA TIME)
CHECK OUT IS AT 10 A.M. (11 PM ATLANTA TIME).

Smoking is prohibited in this condo.Smoking in the unit will result 
in a $200 fine charged to your credit card.

Any weekly rental that includes a HOLIDAY from Memorial Day - Labor Day is $100 more for the week.
If you have a small pet, pet fees are $75/week and $10/day.

Stays including a holiday are $200 more for the week.

Cleaning/tax included in weekly rental. Nightly rental-Cleaning fee 
$75.00. SMALL PETS will be considered. $300 refundable deposit required. Balance
due 30 days prior to arrival. Occupancy tax is 10%. CANCELLING 
LESS THAN 30 DAYS FORFEITS deposit. We cannot rent to anyone under 
25 without adult supervision.
