home rental.

Big: Two master bedroom suites with attached baths, two living 
areas, six total bedrooms (Sleeps 12 in beds, 1 in roll away bed), three and a half 
baths with outdoor beach shower, big open kitchen with sit down 
dining area, front screened and covered porch, back covered porch, 
outside upstairs balcony. 

Clean: Family owned for 20 years, super clean, nautically decorated, 
obvious attention to detail, discriminating. Comfortable: Two air-
conditioning units, ceiling fans throughout, plenty of TVs, spacious 
and customized for a big family.

All the best that Jersey shore has to offer: 0.38 mile walk to 
beach, Atlantic City dining, entertainment, and nightlife (just 
minutes to Trump, Borgata, Harrahs), fishing (surf and jetty), 
surfing, trekking, bike riding, or just plain relaxing in this quiet 
neighborly beach side setting.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include: Cable TVs, Jacuzzi Tub and kitchenette in 
oversized master, card table, screened-in porch with ceiling fans, 
with plenty of parking. Easy access: just minutes off AC Expressway

Jul-Aug ........................ $3000/week
Rates do not include $150 cleaning fee.
Pet charge is $175/week per pet and $75/weekend per pet. Prior 
approval required.
Bring sheets and pillow covers, or can be provided at $20/bed.
Monthly winter rental entertained (mid Oct-Apr) $2500/month plus 
water & electric.
50% non-refundable deposit to hold dates. Balance due 21 days prior 
to occupancy.
No refund for cancellations within 21 days of occupancy date.
Cash and checks accepted.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Additional Rental Information:
*Check in on Saturday at 2:00 PM and check out on Saturday at 10:00 
AM. (Every effort will be made to accommodate early check in 
requests)
*No 'Senior Week' or 'Prom Week/Weekend' or 'Bachelor Party' 
Availability.
*No rental to minors or groups under the age of 21.
*No smoking allowed for the benefit of all our guest
