Vacation Rental Description

Romantic ocean front in Malibu, the beach that caters to the stars. 
The top floor has a gourmet granite kitchen with stainless steel 
appliances, living area has a 52" flat screen TV and a formal dining 
area over looking the pacific ocean. Large ocean front deck for 
dining or just watching the dolphins and seals swim by. Downstairs 
has a guest bedroom with 2 full beds and the master with a queen and 
private bath. Both bedrooms have an ocean front deck. 
This is a private beach with the best surfing areas in Malibu. 
Laundry facilities in the home. The home is fully furnished all you 
need is to come and enjoy.

Full Kitchen with refrigerator, 52" flat screen TV in Livingroom, 
Master with TV, washer and dryer included. all linens, dishes etc, 
fully furnished. 

Activities and Attractions

This home is located in a resort like development with paddle tennis 
pool and spa. Best Malibu surfing or snorkling area.

Vacation Rental Rates

$350 a night with a 5 night minimum. Weekly rates start at $2500 and 
monthly rates start at $7500.
