The beds and linens, throughout the house, are brand-new and sooooooo comfortable. There are 2 kings, a queen and 2 sets of bunk beds.  The family room sofa opens up to another queen size bed.  Altogether, 12 people are easily accommodated.

The living area boasts a cozy wood burning fireplace, a 60" HDTV with a BluRay DVD-CD player, digital cable package with over 200 channels.  The bunk bed room has a smaller TV/VCR with a good supply of Disney movies.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a 3-car garage and parking for up to four cars.

The pool is Sparkling Clean and Heated!  A child safety fence is available on request.

The backyard is huge and opens to a large greenbelt.  It is ideal for badminton, croquet and horseshoes.

You are conveniently located to many famous attractions on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is minutes to eight world-class beaches including Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. Nearby year around attractions such as Innisbrook Golf Club, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Busch Gardens Theme Parks are popular. In every season you can buy tickets for Tampa Bay sporting events: spring, major league baseball training camps; summer, Devil Rays baseball games; fall, Buccaneers football team; and winter, Lightning hockey team. For day trips, drive only 90 minutes to Orlando Sea World, Universal Studios, and Disney World!
