Our home has three master suites (two king and one queen), as well as a queen and a twin bedroom, sleeps 12 comfortably, and has 4.5 baths - perfect for sharing with another family. From the pool to all the furnishings you cannot find better quality in the Disney/Orlando area. The home has a professional grade billiards table and much more, for the days you want to hang out at the house. We have televisions in each room, a fax machine, and wireless high-speed internet for your convenience. There are 3300 square feet of enjoyment here for you. Your own "secluded" pool with whirlpool - Why stay anywhere else?

vacation rental rates
Rates vary on time of year and holiday periods. Florida and County taxes are not included in the rates above. We normally require a four (4) night minimum stay. We request Saturday-to-Saturday rentals when possible.
Our Reservation Policy: To confirm and hold a reservation, we require a payment of 25% of the total rent due on the reservation plus a $69 Damage Waiver fee. Balance of Rental and optional services is due fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date. If you will be arriving after hours please contact our office at least seven (7) days prior to your check-in date to arrange full payment and key instructions. Access will not be given to any property until the balance on the reservation ispaid in full.
Our Cancellation policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the booking deposit less a $50 reservation fee. Reservations canceled within 60 days of arrival will forfeit the initial booking deposit. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
