Ocean Village in South Hutchinson Island

Our Condo is located in "Ocean Village", a
beautifully maintained "Gated ~ Ocean Front Community" on the North
end of South Hutchinson Island.

The  condo has being renovated with new kitchen cupboards with granite top, new appliances.

new dishwasher,electric range, over stove microwave and refrigerator. 

2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st floor condo overlooking the 6th hole of the golf course.  Master bedroom has 1 King bed with TV and a separate bathroom. This layout was designed for privacy.Sofa bed in living room sleeps two.
The second bedroom has 1 full bed. Screened-in lanai with a table and 4 chairs,  There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, Living room, dining room and on the screened lanai.
Linens, towels, pillows, pots & pans, dishes,
glasses, flatware, kitchen utensils, 2 TV's, DVD,VCR CD player and clock radio's..... etc, etc!
Condo is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator and garbage disposal.
We have beach towels and beach chairs available for your convenience!
