Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath remodeled 1,500 square foot 
condo just minutes from all the action in Old Town/Romantic Zone.  
Our unit is not a cheap rental, it is our 2nd home, and affords our 
friends all of the luxuries of home.  It features 180 degree 
panoramic views of the bay, shabby chic livingroom, two king size 
beds, kitchen stocked with appliances including a dishwasher, washer 
and dryer amonng others.  The entire unit has been remodeled and 
features travertine bathrooms.  The living room and master bedroom 
open up to a large patio 4 stories above the pool, beach and ocean.  
Punta Negra Beach is a quiet enclave just a 5 minute cab ride from 
all the best restaurants, shops and beach fun that is Old 
Town/Romantic Zone.  After a day of huslte and bustle, come relax at 
your quiet beach retreat and float in the warm ocean as you watch 
the sun set into the water.  Yea, its really like that!  The sound 
of crashing waves will be the soundtrack to your vacation.  Make

Unit: TV, satellite, DVD, VHS & recent movies, CD/stereo, 
refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer, toaster oven, 
blender, coffee maker, travertine master bath with soaking tub, 
travertine guest bathroom with generous open shower, huge patio 
overlooking the bay with table & chairs for alfresco dining, one 
king size bed in each room, shabby chic couch & two easy chairs, 3 
zone air conditioning in main living area, master & guest.
Building: 24 hour security, parking, mangagent office, elevators, 
remodeled pool with lounges & tables, pool cabana, Community BBQ 
area & benches, ping pong table (B.Y.O net!), and beach access.

Activities and Attractions

As you know, Puerto Vallarta has as many activities as you can dream 
up.  The best thing to do is go into Old Town, walk along the beach 
and talk to the tour guides in the kiosks.  You can do parachuting, 
banana boating, horseback riding, jet skiing, ATV rentals, hiking, 
boating, fishing, whale watching, and ON AND ON AND ON!!!!
