Most convenient and beautiful Beach house close to great restaurants, shopping, retail. Each bedroom features a queen bed. 2 bedrooms with a queen size beds pull out sofa bed in the living room. The house also provides private driveway parking for 2 cars that is available just for you plus a 2 car garage with storage, bikes, and beach equipment. See details below.

Has Private rear yard and front patio and lawn. Driveway parking for two cars plus 2 car garage(room for one car if needed) with beach equipment.

April 16 to before Memmorial weekend is $1350/week or $200/night(4 night minimum)
June 1 to September 15(high season) $2100/week
September 15 to October 30 only $1250/week(best time of year for weather and low crowds)
Low season- October to February only $950/week
We can prorate down to 4 nights minimum but the $150 cleaning fee still applies to all reservations. Paypal and credit cards are subjuect to a 3% service charge. No other fees.
