This beautifully restored Federal home was originally built in 1823 
in Vermont. It was transported and re built at its current location 
in the late 1980's. The house was lovingly restored and recently got 
a new kitchen (and all stainless stell appliances), a new a/c system 
and a new heating system. The house has warm toned wood floors 
throughout the house and boasts the use of  4 wood burning 
fireplaces! The back yard overlooks a natural preserve area 
resulting in total privacy! It is a meticulously maintained 5 
bedroom home exciting Nantucket Island!

brand new Miele washer and dryer. 


2nd floor – 
        Master bedroom, w/ king bed and large private bath and lots 
of closets and wood burning fireplace. 36" Flat screen Tv.
        2nd bedroom with 2 full beds, large bathroom and wood buring 
fireplace. 26" Flat screen TV
 
Third Floor:
        3rd.bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom and great 
closets. 20" Flat screen Tv.
        4th bedroom has 3 twin beds, private bath and great closets! 
26" Flat screen TV with DVD player.
  
**** Cottage ****
1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds, provate bath and great closets. 
26" Flat screen TV as well.
  

Back Yard:
     The house has a gorgeous view out doors. It overlooks the lush 
conservation area and is equipped with outdoor dining and seating 
areas, as well as a gas BBQ and charming "chiminea" (fireplace)! In 
the fall, there is a spectacular display of roses hung on the 
trellis in the back!

Front Yard: 
   The front of the house is quaint, charming and picturesque! The 
white picket fence surrounds a front garden that includes a 
strawberry patch, herb and vegetable patches, as well as colorful 
flowers and lush shrubbery.  The sides of the house are adorned with 
fabulous and huge white, blue and purple hydrangeas all summer!


Bed Setup: Main house- 1 king, 1 queen beds, 3 twins and a 2 full 
sized beds

Cottage: 2 Queens,  
MISC: 2 twin inflatable mattresses

beautiful Nantucket Island. This home has central air conditioning,

and dryer, brand new furnishings, period furniture,  outside shower,

Nantucket is best known for its Daffodil Weekend (in the spring), 
Wine-tasting Festival (in the fall), Boston Pops (August, ) Film 
Festival (in the summer), Arts Festival, the Cranberry Harvest 
Festival (in the fall), and of course, its famous Christmas Stroll 
(the first week of December). Additionally, for those with sports 
and fitness in mind, the island boasts beautiful sandy beaches, 
swimming, fishing, surfing, sailing, boating, jet skiing walking, 
bicycling and  golfing! For the more relaxed set, there is wonderful 
shopping in town as well as museums and world class restaurants! No 
matter what activities you and your family or friends enjoy most; 
you will never forget this delightful getaway on Nantucket Island.
