Bedroom 2 - Second floor with 2 full size beds, full bath, sleeps 4.  Private balcony, 42" LED tv, built in stereo speakers in ceiling with in room audio control. 

Bedroom 3 - Second floor, Master Bedroom  with king bed, sleeps 2.  Tray ceiling with recessed lighting, large private balcony with ocean view, swing and sitting area.   Built in stereo speakers in ceiling with in room audio control,  42" LED tv.  Extra large master bath with huge shower stall, jacuzzi tub with chandelier, 15' ceiing with built in stereo speakers, large walk-in closet.  Mini fridge. 

Bedroom 4 - Third floor, sleeps 6, 4 bunk beds, 1 futon.  Full bath, 42"LED tv.  Large private balcony with ocean view and sitting area. Mini fridge. Living Room - First floor, Queen sleeper sofa - Sleeps 2 

Total in beds: 16 LOCATION. 

REMEMBER WHEN is centrally located in Destin Florida. Within the Crystal Shores Community, you are only a short walk to Destin Commons, and a few miles to the Outlet Malls.
