The 'Captain's Quarters' in North Captiva Island

The 'Captain's Quarters'at Schooner Beach is a large 2 bedroom / 1 ﷯﷯
bath garden apartment with screened and open decks and on outdoor ﷯﷯
shower overlooking the palms.  It is located 1 house from the beach ﷯﷯
and 3 min to the club facilities.  Rental includes a golf car and ﷯﷯
club memnbership.  The 'Captains Quarters' at Schooner Beach is ﷯﷯
located on a true barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico.  No cars are ﷯﷯
permitted on the island and travel is by golf cart, bicycle or ﷯﷯
walking.  North Captiva's beach is known for some of the best ﷯﷯
shelling in North America and great fishing too.  There are two ﷯﷯
resturants on the island, two gift shops, and a deli.....absolutly no ﷯﷯
hotels, and no hi-rises; only beautiful beach homes.  Over two thirds ﷯﷯
of the beach and island is State land which has been left as it was ﷯﷯
created.﷯﷯

Full kitchen, gas BBQ, satalite TV, DVD player, all bedding and ﷯﷯
towels, golf cart. The club facilities have 2 pools, tennis courts, ﷯﷯
childrens play area, kayaks, bicycles, hot tub, sauna, rental boats ﷯﷯
and PWC's.  A boat captain can take you to some of our adjacent ﷯﷯
islands......be dropped off on a deserted island (almost), go dolphin ﷯﷯
and manatee watching, visit Calusa history, or go to some great ﷯﷯
dinning places and shops......you chose the day and we will arrange.

While on North Captiva you can enjoy swimming, tennis, shelling, ﷯﷯
fishing, boating, beach walking, bird watching, dolphin and manatee ﷯﷯
sightings, diving, snorkeling. Golfing is located on our adjacent ﷯﷯
island.  Resturants, pool bar and gift shops are on island.  A day on ﷯﷯
the water with a boat captain.

The 'Captain's Quarters can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests. ﷯﷯
2 guests = $1225
3 guests = $1375
4 guests = $1475 ﷯﷯
Plus 11% tax, and a $500 refundable security deposit﷯﷯
Rates include a golf car and club membership﷯﷯
