Once you get here, you will never want to leave! Create the best vacation memories with your family and friends with fun-filled days and relaxing evenings. This home has its own private BOAT LAUNCH and dock which has a screened porch for relaxing at the waters edge. Located in a deep water short cove, this property offers relaxing and safe swimming area while being close to the action on the lake! No problem with low lake water levels at this property! Water depth at dock ladder is ~9' and at end of dock is 14'+. Immaculate decor throughout. A spacious great room has great views of the lake along with a romantic fireplace upstairs and down. Enjoy 4 master suites each complete with an attached bathroom. Venture to the family room for an exciting game of Pool, Air Hockey, Foosball, PS-2, or sing Karaoke, all overlooking the Lake! A 46" HDTV is also located in the game room for the sport fanatics. This is truely a beautiful home!! No weekend rentals permitted during the summer season.

Busbees Cove is located at the Center of the Private Side of Lake Anna in a quiet non-subdivision setting. We are 7.8 miles from the intersection of Rte 208 (Courthouse RD) and Rte 652 (Kentucky Springs Rd) just minutes from Mineral, VA, and only 1.1 miles from Elk Creek Store and Gas Station.
The home offers: 3 Queen beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, and 2
Full over Twin Bunk Beds.
Master Bedroom 1 w/ private bath - 1 Queen Bed (Sleeps up to 2)
Master Bedroom 2 w/ private bath - 1 Queen Bed (Sleeps up to 2)
Master Bedroom 3 w/ private bath - 1 Queen Bed (Sleeps up to 2)
Bedroom 4 w/ Semi private bath - 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds (Sleeps up to 6)
Maximum occupancy for Busbee's Cove is 12.
(**Renters must supply their own Linens, bath towels, and paper products. House is on Septic System so please bring appropriate items)

the summer for swimming, tubing and boating. Come in the fall to
enjoy the fall foliage or take a wine tour during harvest time.

Nearby attractions include golfing, hiking and Kings
Dominion, or take time to visit Monticello, Charlottesville, or Fredericksburg, all
just a short distance away.
Boat rentals, jet ski rentals, and marina services are all available
nearby and will deliver right to our boat launch

Spring 2013 Rates (Mar 25 to June 1): $640 / 2 nights or $2220/ 7 nights stay ($1200 premium for holiday weekends with 3 night stay)
Summer 2013 (June 2 - Sept 7). Rentals are Sat to Sat (no weekend rentals) at a rate of $2950/per week. Premium for July 4th weeks at $3100 / week.
Fall 2013 Rates (Sept 8 to Nov 30): $740 / 2 night stay or $2525 / 7 night stay (excludes Thanksgiving & Christmas).
Thanksgiving & Christmas is 4 night min stay @ $1700.
Winter 2013/2014 Rates (Dec 1 to March 24): $600 / 2 nights or $2000 / 7 nights stay ($1100 premium for holiday weekends with 3 night stay)
Weekly Rentals:
Check-In is 4:00 pm (Sat.)
Check-Out is 10 am (Sat.)
Weekend Rentals:
Check-In is 10:00 am (Friday)
Check-Out is 6:00 pm (Sunday)
Cleaning Fee of $120 is Mandatory
Damage Deposit of $500 is required for all rentals
