This newly renovated cozy cottage is steps to the beach and decorated in a coastal living motif. Smell the jasmine and hear the surf from the relaxing front porch. Cottage has beach access directly across the street. Use the outside shower (hot & cold) to rinse off before relaxing on the back deck, with picnic table and charcoal grill.

Kitchen with all new appliances - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher,toaster, coffee maker, blender, handmixer, all pots and pans, dishes and silverware -everything you will need.

Queen bed in master, 2 twins in second bedroom and sleeper sofa in Florida room leading out to deck. 1 bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Ceiling fans in all rooms; washer/dryer;tv in living room with cable; tv in Florida room for games only;DVD; WIFI; phonewith free long distance;beach chairs;picnic table; charcoal grill;hot/cold outside shower; off-street parking - room for RV and/or boat.

Amelia Island has the most beautiful uncrowded  beaches - you can walk for miles.  Watch the dolphins put on a show - be really lucky and spot a Right whale during the winter months.  Search for beautiful shells, sand dollars and sharks' teeth.

Surf, swim, snorkel, boogie board, fish - so many water/beach activities. 

Browse the unique stores in the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach.  Go to the marina and see the fishing boats returning with their catch.  Bet you can't get past the Fudge Shop with it's wonderful aroma of freshly made goodies and their great ice cream.  Choose from many great restaurants.  Visit Fort Clinch with it's well preserved fort and walk out on the longest fishing pier on the East coast of Florida.  Take a boat trip round the island and learn about the history.
